Our Story
Shoebox Sports was founded from a shared dream among four families who wanted to create something truly special for their beloved community. With a passion for sports and a commitment to fostering connections, they came together to build a space where athletes of all ages could thrive. Their dedication has transformed Shoebox Sports into a hub of activity, encouraging teamwork, growth, and an enduring love for the game. Today, it stands as a testament to their vision and the power of community collaboration.
Take a shoe leave a shoe wall
Our Take a Shoe, Leave a Shoe wall has become a beloved fixture in the Shoebox Sports lobby. The idea was born from our own experience as parents kids grow out of shoes so quickly, and many pairs are barely worn before they’re too small. We wanted a way to give those shoes a second life and help other athletes in our community.
Today, that simple idea has grown into a wall where you can donate a pair, take a pair if you need them, or swap for a pair that fits better. Most shoes are gently used, some worn only a handful of times. There’s no cost
just a shared goal of making sure every player has a good pair of shoes to compete in.
