Who is it for?

Our training program is designed for any athlete that is looking to take their game to the next level. With programs designed for youth, middle school, and high school athletes our trainers ensure when your next season comes around your prepared. 

When is it?

We have trainers who are available 7 days a week and can work around your school or work schedule. Call today to make your appointment.  

Do I need a membership

No a membership is not required to work with one of our trainers. Our facility is not open to the public you must have an appointment with a trainer to use it. 

How do I schedule?

What sport is this for?

Our programs can be tailored to fit any athlete in any sport. When you first speak with your trainer inform them of what sports you play and what your goal is you want to accomplish.

Isn't lifting weights bad for kids?

Lifting heavy weights can be dangerous for younger kids who haven't reached puberty yet, however lifting weights within reason (no more than they lift in their everyday life) can be very beneficial for their growth and development. Our trainers ensure the athletes are lifting the correct weight and using the proper form for safety.
